Quality Management System

  • The Company works with principles of ISO 9001:2000 which emphasises on Quality Management System.
  • There are elaborate flowcharts that determine the process flow and the checks to be done therein.
  • Periodic training sessions are given to regular personnel who work both in the office, plant and site. Induction training is given to new recruits.
  • This ensures that the system works well for the benefit of the company and hence, ultimately for the customer.
  • Quality control is ensured by requisite lab testing of raw materials and intermediate products. Site control is maintained by proper supervision.
  • Plant and machinery maintenance – corrective and preventive – is also done periodically.
  • Information update is maintained with required liaison with government agencies. Technological update is ensured by the partners.
  • Corrective and preventive actions are taken as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
