At Sunshine Ventures, we specialise in building high quality, long lasting roads for various sized projects, ranging from highways to internal private roads. Our quality driven company, owns the latest state of the art road construction equipment and machinery as per MORTH (Ministry of Road Transport and Highways) specifications. Our efficiency is a result of our in house technical staff and infrastructure to keep up the quality and delivery timelines of our projects.
In the Road Construction business, we have completed over 1000 projects which include all types of roads for Government and Semi Government departments and are proudly enlisted in the Pune Municipal Corporation in Special Class i.e., Unlimited category, and with the Public Works Department in Class I. We also build roads for the private sector, such as internal roads for factories, builders & developers, housing societies, educational & medical institutions and farmhouses.
Some of our successfully completed projects include Prestigious Roads such as NIBM Corinthian Club, Mohammadwadi Road, Blue Diamond to Railway Over Bridge, North Main Road and South Main Road, Koregaon Park and Hadapsar Ramtekdi Industrial Estate etc. under Contracts with the PMC.
